I love MUJI products and go to the stores. But this store’s staffs are phenomenal and very friendly compared to other stores. Today I asked a staff about their bean bag cushion and he took time, explained me very well and answered my questions with looking at their papers. So kind! If I need to buy things from MUJI, I would love to come back this branch definitely! Thank you very much!

This store is relatively smaller than other Muji locations I’ve visited, but it’s cozy, and the staff are attentive and friendly. I was greeted right away, and the team answered my questions without judgment. The manager, Shin, was especially helpful and quick to assist at the register. There were a number of fantastic clothing items on sale, though unfortunately not in my size. Their selection of home and cleaning products was better than other locations.

Muji is a clean freaks paradise, all their products are so clean and neutral in color. I think that in terms of price, it is fair for the quality of the items. I would highly recommend their pens and notebooks.

Cool shop. Cool aesthetic. That being said, it's pretty utilitarian (almost like an Ikea) that it's probably not the type of shop a tourist would go to, but a local might for some housewares etc. We bought a few small items. They had good wrapping area and handles if you make a large purchase and have to carry it home.

i love muji and the food and drink marketplace in this one is so cute. i got a mango matcha and i would highly recommend. it was expensive but worth it.

I love Muji! The stationary is really affordable, minimalist style and works the best. So many different products. This store has almost everything you need plus in a very beautiful style. The staff were also really helpful and friendly. I always come here to buy stationery (notebooks, pens, pencils, etc). Although, the clothes are very expensive (one hoody with a zipper is like $55). But other than that this store is a must go.

the store looks very nice, and there is a nice selection of items. the stationary is cheap but works very well. i would assume that it was expensive if i had used it without knowing the price, but no, it is very affordable and high quality!

MUJI Chelsea has a great selection of home items you don’t usually find at other locations. The café is excellent, and the staff is always friendly.
